Dr Duncan McHale

 Dr Duncan McHale is the Founder and Company Director of Weatherden Ltd in London and a Supervisory Board

member of Evotec. He previously served as Chief Medical Officer at Evelo Biosciences and held senior leadership

roles at UCB, AstraZeneca, and Pfizer across drug development and personalised medicine. Dr McHale holds an MBBS from the University of Newcastle upon Tyne and a PhD in Medical Genetics from the University of Leeds, is an MRCP (Membership of the Royal College of Physicians), a distinguished member of the Faculty of Pharmaceutical Medicine, and retains UK medical licensure.

 Henry Willmington is an experienced Finance executive, holding senior executive leadership roles in

Telecommunications and Financial Services. He has worked in Sydney, London and Hong Kong, and brings deep

experience in corporate strategy, mergers and acquisition, capital management and financial governance. Henry is originally from the United Kingdom and is a graduate in Economics from the University of Nottingham

 Dr Mian Bi is a clinician-scientist and healthcare investor with deep expertise in innovation and earlystage venture

development. He is Lead Investor and cofounder of Australian Medical Angels, a clinicianled syndicate that has

supported more than 30 healthtech and medtech startups. Dr Bi holds an MBBS (Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery) from the University of Sydney and a PhD from UNSW and continues to practice clinically. With over 20 years of research experience, he has published

widely in leading journals and secured more than $6M in research and commercialisation funding. His combined clinical, scientific, and investment expertise supports the translation of cutting-edge research into scalable healthcare solutions.
